Request deletion of your Shdeed account and associated personal information with CloudPixel Inc. You do not need to access or reinstall the app.
Request Account DeletionPlease send the request from the email address associated with your Shdeed account when possible. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
No email app set up? Send an email to shdeed@cloudpixel.com with the subject Shdeed Account Deletion Request.
Please do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive documents by email.
What happens to your information?
When your account is deleted, associated account personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except records reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, regulatory or legitimate audit purposes. Retained information is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Leaving an individual organization does not delete your entire Shdeed account.
In-app deletion
The planned Me → Account → Delete Account option is not available in the current pilot app. Use the email request above now; you do not need to wait for an app update.
